Base: $145,000.00 - $160,000.00/year; Bonus/Equity: Incentive compensation including profit sharing and ESOP; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, tuition assistance

15+ years progressive HR/finance experience
5+ years leadership experience
Payroll tax experience preferred

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or Business Administration
