Job Summary

  • The role requires developing a monthly activity schedule that includes group activities, outings, and in-room activities for bed-bound residents while ensuring all charted progress notes are descriptive.
  • The incumbent must assist in reviewing plans of correction for deficiencies noted during government surveys and participate in various facility committees including Quality Assurance and Safety.
