Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Valid RN License in Arkansas
  • 1 year Registered Nursing experience
  • 3 shifts per week including weekends
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts
  • Proficiency with N95 masks and PAPR

Nice-to-have

  • Previous hospital med/surg certification
  • 2 years or more nursing experience
  • Current BLS certification
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with telemetry monitoring

Key Requirements

  • Graduate of accredited Nursing Program (ADN, Diploma, BSN, or MSN)
  • Valid RN License from State of Arkansas
  • Minimum 1 year of Registered Nursing experience
  • Proof of legal authority to work in the United States
  • Pass pre-employment screening including criminal background and drug testing
