** PwC is seeking a Manager for their Risk and Regulation team, focusing on risk management and regulatory advisory engagements. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of consulting experience, particularly in financial services regulation and conduct risk, and will be responsible for managing teams, developing new propositions, and building client relationships. **

Job Summary

  • At PwC, you will focus on obtaining reasonable assurance about whether the financial statements as a whole are free from material misstatement, whether due to fraud or error, and to issue an auditor’s report that includes the auditor’s opinion.
  • You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations.
  • Given the enhanced local focus on conduct risk arising from the planned Conduct of Financial Institutions Act and the establishment of anti-bribery and corruption frameworks in terms of the recently enacted amendments to the Prevention and Combatting of Corrupt Activities Act, we are looking for candidates with experience in related regulatory aspects such as integrity testing and ethical culture development.
