As a Network Planning Consultant, you’ll take a leading role in managing and executing post‑publication schedule and capacity changes that shape Southwest’s network from days to months ahead.
Partnering closely with Teams across Network Planning, Revenue Management, Operations, Crew Planning, and Ground Operations, you’ll drive complex schedule decisions, advocate for new tools and insights, and help improve how we plan and optimize the network.

Base: $108,700 - $120,800 per year; Bonus/Equity: Additional bonus opportunities available; Benefits: Fly for free, 401(k) match, ProfitSharing, health insurance

Key Requirements
Advanced level experience in Airline network planning
Experience with Network Planning software systems
High School Diploma or GED
