Job Summary
The position of National Sales Director is to provide leadership for Ariston USA’s Sales Team, including development and execution of sales strategy and oversight of Sales Managers & Sales Specialists.
Develop and maintain loyal customer relationships, and managing various channels in both residential and commercial water heating, and potentially air conditioning.
Support training programs for sales team, representatives, contractors and distributors to ensure products are well understood.
