Job Summary
Lead a team of data scientists and analytics experts to serve as the COE for data, analytics and AI applications in AIA Hong Kong & Macau’s propositions and healthcare business areas.
Optimize proposition and healthcare data analytics to inform proposals for propositions and supporting tools, with a particular focus on Health propositions.
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to propose and evaluate actions for performance improvements and increase operational efficiency, including AI/analytics-driven business initiatives.
