Employees must report all changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected abuse to the Nurse Supervisor or Charge Nurse as soon as practical.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and transporting them to medical appointments or new rooms.
