Lead private pay collections and bad debt follow-up
Supervise billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
Generate monthly billing statements and reports
Ensure timely accurate cash posting and triple-checks

Experience with PCC and Workday systems
Strong understanding of healthcare billing processes
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with leadership
Proficiency in Excel and 10-key calculator usage
Knowledge of federal state payer regulations
Key Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum one year experience in long-term care preferred
Proficiency in Excel and 10-key calculator required
Typing speed minimum 40 words per minute
Knowledge of clerical functions and computer literacy
