The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident condition, accidents, and suspected abuse immediately.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care, mobility, feeding, and maintaining a calm, positive environment throughout the unit.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Record vital signs and intake/output data
Assist with lifting and transporting residents

Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Participate in shift meetings for service improvement
Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel effectively
Demonstrate ability to handle emergency evacuations
Key Requirements
Must possess 10th grade education minimum
