This position will cover job functions for the quality department responsible for compliance to the Quality Management System for the campus, including customer satisfaction and financial performance of Quality.
Key responsibilities include ensuring on-time response to customer complaints, coordinating internal audits for ISO 9001, leading the Incoming Quality team, and coordinating calibration of gages.
The role requires performing tasks utilizing quality core tools, creating process documents, auditing processes, and communicating effectively with various levels of the organization and customers.
