  • Key responsibilities include ensuring on-time response to customer complaints, coordinating internal audits for ISO 9001, leading the Incoming Quality team, and coordinating calibration of gages.
  • The role requires performing tasks utilizing quality core tools, creating process documents, auditing processes, and communicating effectively with various levels of the organization and customers.
