Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to lead the site team responsible for Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) initiatives to meet and exceed site and company goals.
You will create a culture of EHSS excellence by serving as the Subject Matter Expert on EHSS matters and providing coaching to both your team and site associates.
This position requires managing daily operations including incident investigations, emergency response teams, and ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and other legal requirements.

Must-have
10+ years manufacturing environment experience
6+ years team leadership in EHSS
Knowledge of OSHA EPA DOT regulations
Experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
Strategic planning for site safety goals
Nice-to-have
CSP or CIH certification preferred
Emotional intelligence and people development skills
Experience with Medical Device OEMs
First Aid CPR and AED certification
Ability to influence cross-functional teams
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in EHSS or related field
