Job Summary

  • Develop and execute the site's long-term engineering strategy, CAPEX planning, and major projects while managing the Electronic Maintenance system (HxGN EAM) and enforcing robust Management of Change processes.
  • Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team across Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation disciplines, coordinate external specialist contractors, and control maintenance budgets while maintaining the highest safety standards.
  • Act as technical lead for COMAH 2015 Safety Report submission and manage all interactions with HSE and regulatory bodies during inspections and audits, ensuring full adherence to safety legislation including DSEAR, PUWER and LOLER.

Key Requirements

  • Qualified Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
  • extensive engineering leadership experience in high-hazard industries
  • extensive experience in COMAH compliance
  • strong knowledge of safety legislation (DSEAR, PUWER, LOLER, PSSR)
  • experience issuing work permits, writing RAMS and procedures
