Must-have
Evidence-based therapy delivery
Clinical autonomy in counselling
Proficiency with electronic health records
Solution-focused therapy expertise
Workplace mental health support
High-volume practice setting experience
Nice-to-have
Experience with substance use disorders
Familiarity with local community resources
Additional certifications in therapeutic modalities
Experience in integrated care settings
Adaptability to dynamic scheduling
Key Requirements
Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field
Minimum five years post-master's clinical experience
Current registration with NSCCT or NSCSW
Strong clinical competency in multiple therapy modalities
Experience with diverse populations
Commitment to ethical standards and evidence-informed practice
