Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants to maintain the highest quality of care at all times.
The role involves administrative duties, medication management, personnel functions, nursing care, staff development, safety and sanitation, equipment management, and care plan assessments.
The nurse will work night shifts from 6 PM to 6 AM, ensuring compliance with policies, coordinating with other departments, and participating in quality assurance and facility surveys.

Key Requirements
Current active LPN/LVN license
