Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Mechanical assembly experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work from engineering drawings
  • Assembly and test equipment operation
  • Technical support for assembly technicians
  • Generating assembly plans and instructions

Nice-to-have

  • Proficient in CAD software
  • 3D printing of assembly tools
  • Knowledge of GD&T
  • Experience with thermal and vacuum chambers
  • Strong interpersonal and team skills
  • Effective communication skills

Key Requirements

  • B.S. Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years mechanical assembly experience
  • Proficient in CAD (Solidworks preferred)
  • Experience operating test and inspection equipment
