  • Provide end-to-end technical support for ABB low and medium voltage variable frequency drives, including pre-sales technical consultation and after-sales troubleshooting & problem resolution.
  • Respond to customer technical inquiries and application issues promptly and effectively through telephone, online support and other channels to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate and communicate with the global technical support team, share technical knowledge and resources, and coordinate to solve complex technical problems.
