Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a back-up to the Lead Workday Consultant/back-up Workday Point of Contact (POC) position in various HR areas.
This position will work with DOT managers in interpreting and applying personnel and departmental policies and is responsible for providing support to the Divisions, DMV and Raleigh Units.
In addition, this position will be responsible for providing technical support, problem resolution within the Workday ATS, project management and participating in special HR projects for agencywide implementation.
