Job Summary
The Manager – OTC Business Analysis plays a pivotal role in elevating the end‑to‑end Commercial Experience within the Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) lifecycle.
Own the Commercial Experience performance reporting framework, including daily/weekly/monthly dashboards and build automated performance and KPI reports leveraging Power BI, SAP data extracts, and advanced Excel modelling.
Lead/ Support continuous improvement and transformation initiatives across the O2C value chain and utilize deep functional knowledge of order management, billing, pricing, credit controls, and cash processes.
