  • Supervise, control, review, motivate, and train assigned Territory Business Managers (TBMs) to build their competencies and achieve company objectives as a team.
  • Lead and execute strict adherence to Abbott Code of Business Conduct, FCPA, and Pharmacovigilance, ensuring compliance with all financial, administrative, statutory, and regulatory norms.
