The primary purpose of this job is to lead the site team responsible for Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) initiatives to meet and exceed site and company goals.
You will be responsible for creating a culture of EHSS excellence, working in partnership with your colleagues on the plant leadership team (PLT), driven by associate engagement.
This role requires a strong leader to inspire others and commit to continuously improving and developing yourself and those around you.
