Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this job is responsibility for end-to-end management and execution of projects with accountability for the success of the project including completing the project within budget and on time, meeting key performance objectives, managing issues to resolution, managing project and scope changes effectively, and ensuring that the work completed adheres to all company and department standards.
  • Owns department processes required for successful project delivery and continuous project management methodology, demand management, resource planning, issues management, escalations, etc.

Base: $108,750 - $159,500; Bonus/Equity: cash-based incentive program; Benefits: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, adoption benefits, parental leave, 401(k) with match, 80 hours holidays, paid time off

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2-3 years IT project management experience
  • PMI Certification preferred
  • 7-10 years IT experience
  • Direct supervision of IT associates
