Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must ensure residents are comfortable, assist with personal care needs, and promptly report any changes in condition or accidents to the Nurse Supervisor.
This role requires maintaining a calm environment, following established policies concerning exposure to blood/body fluids, and honoring resident refusals of treatment.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with daily hygiene and mobility
Monitor and record vital signs like TPRs
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain strict confidentiality of patient data
Nice-to-have
Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Participate in shift meetings to improve services
Experience with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
Key Requirements
Must possess minimum 10th grade education
Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
Ability to read and interpret technical procedures
