The ideal candidate will have experience in semiconductor CVD processes, particularly in epitaxy, and will contribute to innovative solutions in the semiconductor industry
Job Summary
The role focuses on designing and implementing innovative SiC epitaxial processes for next-generation power devices using industrial hot-wall CVD systems.
Candidates will perform advanced metrology and characterization to ensure exceptional dopant uniformity and minimal extended defect densities on large substrates.
The position involves collaborating with the NSTIC Power team to address technical challenges and contributing to new funding proposals.
