Base: $102,000.00 - $190,000.00; Bonus/Equity: May include commission structure and performance-based incentives; Benefits: Health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, retirement savings plans

Must-have
7+ years in Technology or Cyber Risk
6+ years hands-on risk management experience
Develop Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and KPIs
Challenge technical narratives and assumptions
Lead cross-functional risk projects
Nice-to-have
Strong stakeholder management skills
Data-driven mindset for risk metrics
Ability to influence senior leadership
Curious problem-solving approach
Experience with global first line of defense
Key Requirements
7+ years experience in Technology, Cyber, or Operational Risk
6+ years hands-on risk management experience
Professional certifications like CIA, CISA, CISSP, or CRISC
Strong understanding of risk governance and compliance frameworks
