Job Summary

  • Develop and deliver programme strategies and plans to strengthen Senior Leadership at AIA in the context of AIA’s Purpose, Operating Philosophy and Ascend200 strategic priorities.
  • Lead the diagnosis, analysis, planning, and execution of AIA’s strategic capability-building programs within the Business Excellence pillar of AIA Group’s Catalyst for Growth framework to ensure alignment with and direct support for AIA’s corporate strategy.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including AIA Leadership Center executives, LBU CEOs, and Chief HR Officers.
