Job Summary
Develop and deliver programme strategies and plans to strengthen Senior Leadership at AIA in the context of AIA’s Purpose, Operating Philosophy and Ascend200 strategic priorities.
Lead the diagnosis, analysis, planning, and execution of AIA’s strategic capability-building programs within the Business Excellence pillar of AIA Group’s Catalyst for Growth framework to ensure alignment with and direct support for AIA’s corporate strategy.
Build and sustain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including AIA Leadership Center executives, LBU CEOs, and Chief HR Officers.
