  • Drafting and standardizing loan documents/legal documents for the Bank, including ECBs, Project finance, Structured finance.
  • Vetting of non-standard loan documents/legal documents for the Bank and negotiating legal terms with Customers/Borrowers.
  • Drafting and vetting of transactional agreements, vendor agreements, and lease deeds for various departments and premises.
