Job Summary
The position drives Process Safety performance and alignment with Chevron’s Operational Excellence (OE) standards and regulatory requirements at the Pasadena Refinery.
The Process Safety Lead Specialist leads, coordinates, and/or actively engages with key Process Safety programs while supporting and enhancing OE culture.
Responsibilities include stewarding PSM and OEMS standards, engaging in PSRI-related activities, managing and reporting process safety metrics, and promoting process safety culture.

Excellent communication, training, and leadership skills
