Base: zł169,600 PLN - zł254,400 PLN; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including flexible work options
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Workday Core HCM experience
Solution consulting or presales support
Demo tenant configuration and data setup
Release update management and validation
Technical documentation and script creation
Nice-to-have
Experience with AI integration in demos
Knowledge of Talent, Learning, or Compensation modules
Strong collaboration with Solution Architects
Self-starter mindset with limited oversight
Curiosity and drive for innovation
Key Requirements
2-3 years in a solutions based position
Hands-on experience in Core HCM plus one additional area
Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent practical experience
