Job Summary

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in PT prior to 2002
  • Master's degree in PT prior to 2016
  • Doctorate degree in PT
  • Current Arkansas Physical Therapy License
  • Eligible for license within 1 month
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Pass state abuse registry checks
  • Submit to drug screen
  • TB skin test and required immunizations
