  • Serve as the primary contact point for Salesforce’s largest and highest-profile customers in the Life Sciences segment, focusing on their business priorities and aligning Salesforce capabilities to business outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with customers and internal teams to ensure they realize maximum value from their Salesforce investment and achieve their business goals.
  • Forge strong multidisciplinary relationships with Sales, Engineering, and Product Management to lead and coordinate customer relationships for success and revenue opportunities.
