Job Summary

• The primary purpose of the Activity Assistant is to assist the Activity Director run a creative and interactive activities program that meets the interests and physical, mental, and psychosocial needs of each resident.
• This role involves participating in planning and conducting individual, small and large group activities, maintaining communication with employees, residents, families, and community personnel, and assisting with documentation and quality assurance.
• Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions, and the work environment noise level is usually low to moderate.
