Job Summary
The role supports a minimum of three markets by managing all aspects of accounts receivable including billing, lockbox reporting, and cash application.
Analysts are responsible for ensuring accurate reconciliation of payments across Lockbox, Credit Card, and ACH forms within the Wide Orbit system.
The position requires close collaboration with Sales and Traffic departments to resolve short pay discrepancies and process credit adjustments.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Minimum 2 years accounts receivable experience
Strong Excel skills required
Daily lockbox reporting and cash application
Nice-to-have
Wide Orbit or OSi software experience
Associates or Bachelors degree in Accounting
Proactive high attention to detail
Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years AR or general accounting experience
