  • A Clinical Manager is responsible for delivery of effective laboratory service by providing an environment that supports the productivity, competency and morale of technical and support staff.
  • This role includes hiring, training, scheduling, mentoring and evaluating staff while ensuring compliance with accrediting and regulatory agencies such as CAP, CLIA, JCAHO, and AABB standards.
  • Beth Israel Lahey Health requires that all staff be vaccinated against influenza (flu) as a condition of employment.
