Job Summary

  • Manage and enhance the HR knowledge ecosystem to support efficient, accurate, and user-friendly access to HR information.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality HR knowledge content across the internal knowledge platform, ServiceNow, and optimize platform structure and taxonomy.
  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and other stakeholders to gather and validate content updates, and promote a culture of knowledge sharing.
