Skills & Requirements
Must-have
FTTP, 5G & HFC network experience
GPON, DWDM & Ethernet architecture knowledge
RF fundamentals and operations expertise
Statewide travel and after-hours availability
On-call roster participation for escalations

Key Requirements
Hands-on experience in telecommunications infrastructure maintenance
Deep understanding of Telco architecture and operations
Experience with building/commissioning inside and outside plant equipment
Familiarity with network assurance protocols for Ethernet, DWDM, and GPON
Ability to pass Criminal History Check and Pre-Employment Medical Assessment
