  • This position supports management in budget, HR-related, and other administrative functions, interpreting and applying state and NCDOT personnel policies and advising on hiring, salary administration, and disciplinary actions.
  • Manage NCVIP Program, serve as Training, BSIP, and IT Coordinator, and act as backup P-card and Travel Administrator, requiring comprehensive knowledge of NCDOT systems and government financial operations.
