Job Summary

• Support the daily operations of residential development through the execution of general maintenance, cleaning, basic gardening, and support services, contributing to the efficient functioning and optimal presentation of all common areas.
• Perform basic maintenance such as touch-up painting, minor plumbing and electrical repairs, adjustment of doors and windows, and maintenance of common area furniture.
• Execute cleaning routines in lobbies, hallways, stairwells, elevators, multi-purpose rooms, and recreational areas, maintaining clean and disinfected public restrooms, managing solid waste, and maintaining general order of facilities.
