Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years relevant experience OR Master's degree and 1 year relevant work experience
  • Relevant experience in Technical Consulting, Customer Advocacy, Post-Sales Operations, Account Management, Customer Success or equivalent
  • Tech-savvy with good understanding of IT topics
  • Full driving license
  • Fluent level of English
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Standard DBS criminal record check required
