Job Summary

  • The BTR Project Engineer is accountable for the delivery of engineering objectives for new projects and plant improvement initiatives, providing process & operation optimization and process safety rigor expertise.
  • This position includes developing process safety resolutions to mitigate hazards and reduce operational risk, and developing solutions for infrastructure, capital, CI, and MAX projects to optimize manufacturing operations.
  • The role supports the greater Castrol Americas business by participating in multi-functional teams to optimize manufacturing operations and support customer delivery, while also maintaining and reporting on the roadmap for the factory of the future.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

  • Experience with HAZOP/HAZID participation
