Job Summary

  • This role will be a mix of executing operational activities such as creating quotes and order entry along with working to strategically grow the aftermarket business through leading and developing the customer service team.
  • Aftermarket sales is focused on driving growth of spare parts, replacement molds and upgrades, Alliance Part Packages, service contracts, and other products as determined by the business to support growth of Afinitas aftermarket.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (ops, supply chain, engineering) to set and successfully achieve order lead times to customers, maximizing OTD performance.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or similar
  • 5 plus years Sales experience
  • Previous Leadership experience
  • Previous experience developing training materials
  • Ability to accurately interpret/read manufacturing drawings
