CAD/CAM software proficiency
AutoCAD and SolidWorks skills
knowledge of lean principles

problem solving and conflict resolution
experience in high mix low volume production
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
5+ years manufacturing engineering experience
experience supporting soft tooled sheet metal fabrication
project management experience for machine tool acquisition
