Key Requirements
2-5 years as Estimator, Cost Manager or similar
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
Ability to generate AACE level 1-5 cost evaluations
Strong working knowledge of architectural drawings
Intermediate to Expert level in Excel, Project, PowerPoint and SharePoint and Smartsheet
