Key Requirements

  • 2-5 years as Estimator, Cost Manager or similar
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
  • Ability to generate AACE level 1-5 cost evaluations
  • Strong working knowledge of architectural drawings
  • Intermediate to Expert level in Excel, Project, PowerPoint and SharePoint and Smartsheet
