Workday is seeking a Manager of Software Development Engineering to lead engineering teams supporting U.S. Federal Government contracts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cloud-based application development and a strong focus on team collaboration and innovation

Job Summary

  • This role will support one or more direct or indirect contracts with the U.S. Federal Government which, due to federal government security requirements, mandates that all Workday personnel working on the contracts be United States citizens (naturalized or native).

Primary Location Base: $166,300 USD - $249,500 USD; Additional US Location Base: $150,500 USD - $267,600 USD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants

Key Requirements

  • 3+ Years of proven experience building and directly leading impactful engineering teams
  • 8+ years of experience developing applications using Cloud-based technologies
  • 8+ years of experience with design and development using an object-oriented language
  • Bachelor's degree in a computer related field or equivalent work experience
  • TS/SCI w/CI Poly security clearance required
