Must-have
5+ years software testing experience
2+ years leadership role in testing
Agile, DevOps, and SDLC/STLC best practices
Test management tools like JIRA and Confluence
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Willingness to learn in fast-paced insurance IT
Domain knowledge in insurance testing expertise
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
5+ years of software testing experience
At least 2 years in a Test Lead or Test Manager role
Proficiency with English communication (written and verbal)
