This role is responsible for the design, development, and delivery of front-line Food & Beverage and guest experience training.
The Training Specialist will champion the service culture, ensuring front-of-house team members have the skills to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Key Requirements
5+ years of hospitality experience
Experience in a training and development role
Ability to travel significantly interstate
Formal qualifications in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, Education, or related field (or equivalent practical experience) highly desired
