Job Summary
The Clinical Homeless Outreach Team (C-HOT) is a co-responder program partnering clinicians with specialized officers to divert individuals from the legal system or hospitalization into a coordinated system of care.
As a working supervisor, you will perform on-scene behavioral health evaluations, crisis interventions, safety planning, and referrals, while also supervising and supporting a team of Clinical Navigators.
