Job Summary
Assist with the administration of various aspects of the Archer platform such as managing user access/permissions, record updates, reassignment requests, data imports and exports, troubleshooting system workflow issues, and assisting with training and end-user support.
Responsible for providing Level 1 support for the Archer platform, requiring a strong understanding of Archer’s out-of-the-box solution offerings and hands-on experience supporting configuration deployments.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with members of the Archer IRM team, and the global user base for Archer across the First, Second and Third Lines of Defense.
