The primary purpose of this job is to apply intensive and diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices to New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
You will support regulatory and agency inspections, audits, investigations, and inquiries regarding the control and assessment of product design and manufacturing quality.

Salary
Base: $95,700 - $125,000; Bonus/Equity: cash-based incentive program; Benefits: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, adoption benefits, 401(k) with company match, 80 hours holidays, paid time off

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
5+ years of progressive engineering experience
6-Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt preferred)
Awareness of Domestic and International Regulations
Strong working knowledge of Statistics and Minitab
