The primary purpose of this role is to maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Essential duties include following maintenance schedules, reporting all accidents/incidents, coordinating with nursing services, and performing routine and unscheduled maintenance tasks.
The position requires the ability to make independent decisions, follow instructions, and maintain the confidentiality of resident care information.
